La Casa 04 is a luxurious, multi-level condo offering over 2,400 square feet of ample space for the whole family or travel group to enjoy. The entry level consists of a full kitchen, complete with all the creature comforts of home, and a breakfast bar. The dining room includes a table for six, as well as a wet bar for entertaining. And the adjacent living area is comfortably furnished and includes a gas fireplace as well as access out to a private balcony. For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request. Also for your enjoyment, there are two common area hot tubs.

La Casa is conveniently located near the slopes and just a short walk from all the many restaurants and shops in the base area. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of some of the area's natural hot springs like those at Old Town Hot Springs, or take a trip back in time at the fun and fascinating Tread of Pioneers Museum, both less than four miles from this property. And for all-ages, summertime fun, visit Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park, just a little over two miles west.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
