Wonderful time in Uzes

This was our second time in the beautiful Bastide from Fam. Clement. The house has everything you need for a good time with well equ. kitchen, nice Pool and Garden, comfortable and a big living room and kitchen to enjoy time with a nice meal or wine. The area of Uzes is beautifu!

Great stay

This was a very pleasant stay in Uzes. The listing is accurately described. The hosts were very responsive & accommodating, the house was well equipped and the pool was definitively delightful. Great location close to town and somehow secluded. One thing to keep in mind: there is no A/C upstairs and the bedrooms were extremely hot and uncomfortable in the summer. Something to consider if you have trouble sleeping in the heat. Otherwise, a lovely stay for a large group of friends and family!

Uzes Herbstferien 2023

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem schönen Haus von Alexia. Wir haben das Haus wie beschrieben vor gefunden. Es ist sehr großzĂŒgig und auch fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Familien oder Gruppen ein tolles Ziel. Wir waren insgesamt zu 5 vor Ort, zwei junge Erwachsene Kinder und ein Teenager. Hier war es sehr angenehm, dass jeder sein eigenes Zimmer und Bereich hat. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Pool sehr schön. Die Umgebung und die NĂ€he zum wunderbaren Ort Uzes ist großartig. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Wunderschönes Haus

unser Aufenthalt von einer Nacht war hervorragend, alles sauber und wir beschrieben. es war warm, die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und fĂŒr die Hunde gibt es einen großen Garten. Die KĂŒche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles in allem sehr gut.

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Das Haus selbst war wirklich wunderschön. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, mehrere BĂ€der, Klimaanlage auf beiden Etagen. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, wurde aber nach zwei Wochen (einmalig kam der Poolboy, um Wasser nachzufĂŒllen) leider grĂŒn. Aber das kann an den wahnsinnig heißen Sommer gelegen haben mit Wasserrestriktionen. Das GrundstĂŒck hatte uns, nach den Bildern im Internet zu urteilen, einen deutlich grĂ¶ĂŸeren Eindruck gemacht mit BĂ€umen rund um das Haus. Es ist aber mittlerweile enger eingezĂ€unt und direkt im hinteren Bereich wird nun ein weiteres Haus gebaut. So fuhren direkt an unserer Einfahrt zum Haus Handwerker rein-und raus. Zudem konnten wir im Internet nicht erkennen, auf welcher Seite der Straße das Haus lag, so dass wir zwischen einer Schnellstraße und der Zugangsstrasse wohnten. Alles nicht total dramatisch, aber man sollte es wissen. Alexia war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat per Chat sofort mit uns kommuniziert und Lösungen angeboten. Danke nochmals dafĂŒr. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, um kleine beschauliche Dörfer oder auch grĂ¶ĂŸere StĂ€dte wie Avignon oder Nimes zu erreichen. UzĂ©s oder der große IntermarchĂ© waren in 10 min erreichbar. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.

Good House

We were happy with the villa. Many mod cons and space. We enjoyed our stay. Improvement recommendations, there were no plastic glasses so I went and got some for us as it’s not safe to have glass near a pool. And you have to drive your recycling to a site but there were no addition bins to hold this during the week so we had to drive to a recycling bin every day. Would have been better with plastic glasses provided and some bins to help store the rubbish in different categories so we could take one trip instead of several. Those things aside the property is as described and enjoyable and the host was responsive and instructive. Thanks

TrÚs belle découverte Abritel, une vraie pépite ! La maison est spacieuse, confortable, trÚs bien équipée, le jardin et la piscine sont extras lors des chaleurs de l'été. La maison est encore plus grande qu'en regardant les photos. Localisation parfaite : à 10' d'UzÚs, et au calme total. TrÚs belles vacances.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©ablement surpris par cette propriĂ©tĂ© spacieuse, calme et confortable qui correpond en tout point au descriptif de l'annonce mĂȘme en mieux. Un vrai plus la piscine est entiĂšrement sĂ©curisĂ© grace Ă  une protection amovible pour les enfants les plus jeunes en plus de l'alarme. Tout y Ă©tait rien ne manque. Je recommande vivement cette adresse. Un grand merci Ă  Mr et Mme Clement pour leur gentillesse!

La maison est vraiment trÚs agréable, intérieur charmant et cosy le tout décoré avec beaucoup de goût et une piscine sensationnelle. Nous nous sommes sentis trÚs bien dans toute la maison pendant notre séjour . L'accueil des propriétaires fut super également. Bref rien a redire , je vous conseille vivement cette location !

Nous avons passés un super week-end en famille. La maison qui est décorer à merveille est lumineuse, fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. Nous avons également fortement appréciés les 2 terrasses pour profiter des différents moments de la journée, le jardin, la piscine. La région est belle à découvrir et idéale pour les randonneurs, cyclistes et amoureux de petits villages provençaux, typiques. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique des propriétaires, ils sont disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.
