This is a well-equipped, 1 BR unit in a nice resort. It was quiet and yet had amenities steps away. We were challenged by some things in the unit (WiFi, coffee maker, etc) as there was no info in the unit. It also was a bit confusing since we believed we were renting from a private party but were actually served(ish) by an agency.
