Entire House on Robert St Close to Lodi Lake

Entire house available. Sleeps 4 (5 with pull out couch) Close to Lodi Lake, Wine & Roses and Historic downtown Lodi. Quiet, safe, friendly, family orientated neighborhood. Access to the entire house except the garage and shed. Parking available in driveway and/or street. Keyless entry, doorbell camera and alarm system for your safety. Full kitchen with all amenities. By choosing to stay at this house, all guests understand the following: the host is not responsible for any personal injuries, properties and all liability of death. The host does not provide guests with medical insurance or treatment. All guests agree to hold harmless and release the host from any and all liability arising from or related to guests' active or passive negligence of the home. All guests are responsible for any loss, thief or damage to either their personal or house equipment during time using. The default cleaning charges will only apply for basic cleaning. Please keep the house reasonable organized and clean upon your departure (wash dishes, trash thrown away in the garbage bin outside the house, etc). EXTRA FEES will apply upon failure to meet a fair level of cleanliness. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES NO GLITTER, EXCESSIVE NOISE IS ALSO NOT PERMITTED. No events. The "No Smoking" includes hookahs and cannabis. No noise is allowed outside after 10pm at night.
We have the right to request ID from guests and may also request to meet guests.
Your charge card on file will be automatically billed an additional $500 if any neighbors complain or there's evidence of smoking, drugs, cannabis or hookah in the home.
If the amount of people staying in the home changes from your original booking, the host must be notified before check-in and an additional fee of $35 per extra guest may occur. Only 5 guests total allowed, NO EXCEPTIONS.
An additional $250 will be charged to your credit card on file if more people stay in the house that aren't on the reservation or without the host being notified.
Unless pre-arranged check out time is 11am. There will be a late checkout additional fee of $12 per 15-minute increments for the first 30 minutes. After the first 30 minutes, $24 per 15 minutes’ increments.
