Ich habe die Villa gebucht und sofort eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Leider war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin äußerst schwierig – sie war nicht erreichbar, obwohl ich sie mehrfach zu kontaktieren versucht habe. Erst über FeWo konnte ich eine Telefonnummer bekommen. Als ich die Gastgeberin schließlich erreichte, war sie sehr unhöflich und behauptete, sie wisse nichts von der Buchung. Sie beschuldigte mich sogar, ein Betrüger zu sein, und drohte mit einer Anzeige.Das Verhalten war für mich als Gast sehr enttäuschend und belastend. Ich hoffe, dass zukünftige Gäste eine bessere Erfahrung machen oder dass die Kommunikation seitens der Gastgeber verbessert wird.
