A nice 20 m² 10 minutes from the city centre, 5 minutes from the toll booth of the A7 motorway of Bollène.

A nice room in the house equipped for a pleasant stay welcoming 2 people without children. Composed of a quality sofa bed, sleeping for 2 people (140), table, chairs, wardrobe (wardrobe and shelves).
Kitchen area and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet as well as storage.
Heating, air conditioning.

I occupy the house but I am discreet to respect your comfort.
Car parked in the fenced yard.
Access to the 7 m x 3.5 m swimming pool (in service from June to September depending on the weather) as well as a sheltered terrace and deckchairs available.
Knowing how to swim is essential for young children.

La location était conforme à l'annonce, très propre, l'appartement est petit mais très fonctionnel il ne manque rien . Nous avons apprécié la privatisation de la piscine et la climatisation par cette canicule, la propriété est très bien entretenue (arrosage tous les 2 jours de la pelouse). Sans oublier la grande discrétion de la propriétaire, personne très sympathique, qui ne pense qu'à satisfaire pleinement les occupants. Avons découvert la région, de nombreux petits villages tel que Grignan, Vaison la Romaine, Beaume de Venise, etc.Un grand merci à Marie France pour cet agréable séjour.

Long Week-end du 14 juillet très agréable

Location très sympa, bel endroit au calme, espace exterieur avec une très belle piscine et un beau jardin. Accueil au top par la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un agréable petit séjour. À refaire dès que possible.
