This fabulous home is updated throughout with elegant, coastal furnishings and decor. Located in the pool house, you'll find a kitchenette, pool table, and a children's loft accessible by an attic-style door. Primary accommodations are in the main house where you'll also find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table with seating for six. And outside, there's a sparkling, private pool between the main house and the pool house with a covered, furnished patio and grilling area.

Overall, we really enjoyed the house. The location and the bedrooms were great. Only complaint was the lack or communication, not accommodating at all with checking in early, and the bottom of the pool could have been cleaned.

The pool was HUGE conpared to other, more expensive places we've stayed. This home far exceeded my expectations bc the listing doesn't capture how beautiful it really is! The pool house was and added bonus, 2 extra beds, pool table, bathroom, half kitchen... opening up the 4 doors/sliding glass door, and watching tv from inside the pool was next level! The lighting is awesome, and abundant! The is a light in the pool, which was also an added bonus. There's 3 shower heads in the master, including a European one. It's "small" things like that, that make it special! We will definitely book again!! We absolutely loved it! My brother (who lives in Santa Rosa) came over for my daughter's bday, and he said this property was one of the best, especially for the price, that he's seen! He intends to book it as well for incoming company. There are also MANY stores and shops VERY close by. We didnt have to travel far to get anything we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Beautiful, FULLY stocked kitchen! Pots, pans, silverware, huge refrigerator and freezer, gorgeous decor and lighting!
Nice size leather couch and 2 swivel chairs to accommodate everyone for family movie night!
Deep tread stairs, easier to navigate than narrow stairways
I noticed we NEVER ran out of hot water! Filled the tub up completely! Even while others were showering!

We had a great family vacation! The location, space, and price were excellent! Now, upon arrival I completed a cleanliness survey of the house, which I initially gave 4 stars. The longer we stayed, the more I noticed the house needs a major deep cleaning, which I understand it's hard when you're renting back to back. Some minor interior maintenance would go a long way as well. Also, the pool/guest house is a major plus and I feel like there needs to be pictures of this so guests have a better idea of sleeping arrangements, space, etc. This was a great space for the kids! The pool was really cold so didn't use it much and noticed on our 4th day there was a heater with a pad lock. There was no mention of heating the pool for an extra fee so not sure if this would have been an option. Overall, there were definitely more pros than cons and we had a great vacation!!

Fantastic location. Walk to the beach and some restaurants and shops. Great pool area. Pool house was great. Outdoor dining table and grill were a plus. Super spacious rooms and living space. Balconies from every room. Kitchen had lots of nice appliances and everything you needed for cooking big family meals. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful, big and spacious. It was very family oriented. The kids loved the pool and beach access is very short walk away. Besides some minor issues with the lights in the guest bedroom upstairs not working properly, everything was great. Would definitely come back and rent this house again.

Perfect

The proximity to the beach, to hwy 98, to numerous grocery stores and restaurants especially in the heart of Destin was perfect. Also, the household had all the amenities we needed. My grandkids loved the back house with the loft and pool table. The contour cable system was my best t v experience in my 14 years of renting beach houses in the area. Great place!

This house was perfect for us, located in the heart of everything, with beaches and restaurants nearby. It was extremely convenient. The house was clean, well-stocked with towels, but lacked beach chairs and an umbrella. I would definitely stay here again and go back to Destin.

Perfect getaway home

Our family and another's stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! We have kids and they swam endlessly in the huge pool. There was everything we needed for our stay, the house was nicely stocked. The rooms were beautiful and the balconies great for some air and a view. Beach is only a walk down the road, a five minute stroll. The only thing I'd clarify for families like ours with young kids is some of the beds are in a separate bunkhouse so we used a couple blowups for our kiddos to stay together as they were too young to use that home. The communication was great and they checked in a week or so prior and the days leading up which was a comfort. They checked in once we arrived and made themselves available if we needed anything. So that was also a positive. The location is perfect to get to practically anything to do. Overall awesome time!

BEAUTIFUL BUT FILTHY

This house is beautiful and the pool and game/ loft room is amazing but it was filthy! The trash was overflowing, floors were gross, we bought our own cleaning stuff! The pool had toys stopping up the filter. Crumbs all in the living room from previous guest. We found dead roaches in the pantry, brown rings around the trash can on the floor. Just gross.

Loved the house! The home was clean, less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Our family couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, all the amenities and the pool was great. Had a wonderful time in Destin!

Great house, but needs deep cleaning

First night in the house my twin granddaughters feet were black from the floor. So the next day I bought a new mop head as the one on the mop was black. My daughter in law mopped the entire first floor. Didn’t help! It needs a steam mopping. We mopped a couple more times throughout the week and still no change. The pool was disgusting, it was as green in spots and had bugs galore. I called to get a pool service and was told they would be there the next morning. Well it took until mid week before someone came to clean it. Looked better but still wasn’t clean. Needs a good vacuum. Last full day of vacation the jet’s quit working. I messaged VACASA, but didn’t get a response until we were on our way home the next day.
