As you enter through a private front lanai, you will experience an elegant Coastal Chic decor. The living area includes a queen-size sofabed, a large 55' TV, and convenient access to a spacious, private balcony. The dining area features a unique grapevine table with four chairs, while the breakfast bar offers three additional counter stools. The well-equipped, full kitchen has new cabinets, and a side-by-side refrigerator ensuring it is ready for quick snacks or full-course meals.

Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.
Seasonal tram service will run March 20 - October 31, Monday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. (Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.)
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
