This beautiful home is designed to embrace the coast's stunning natural beauty while providing a comfortable and stylish retreat for up to six guests.
As you enter the home, you are immediately struck by the beautiful coastal décor, which features light and airy colors, natural textures, and tasteful coastal accents. The living room is spacious and bright, and the furnishings are comfortable and inviting, with plenty of seating for you and your guests to relax and unwind.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, and elegant finishes, making it the perfect place to prepare delicious meals. The dining area is conveniently located nearby, with seating for six.
The two bedrooms are equally charming, with comfortable beds and tasteful décor. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a full-sized bed perfect for children or guests. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space if needed.
The most enchanting feature of this coastal home is the three patio areas, each offering a different perspective. The front porch is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The second patio offers a private and intimate space for quiet reflection. The third patio is located at the base of the home out back.

It had a very cozy atmosphere which was light and bright; we loved the decor of the entire place. It had every accommodation that could have been needed without being overdone. It was extremely clean and organized, which made it very relaxing. Having a front deck along with a deck and fenced in backyard was nice to have the option of being in or out of the sun or wind. The outdoor spaces were once again very clean and well kept, with still having a real sense of privacy. We liked that there was a large capacity washer and dryer; both being so quiet that we could hardly hear them running. The DejaVu cottage was just around the corner from the boardwalk that went out to the pool areas and gorgeous beach. The infinity pool looking out over the gulf was amazing and the hot tub was kept at a perfect temperature. Everything about our stay was so perfect ... the gated community was so quiet and peaceful, the beach, restaurants and shopping close by, all very convenient so we could relax and spend our time enjoying all that was offered. Megan was so wonderful and asked that we contact her if we needed anything. We very much appreciated her thoughtfulness and kindness, we want to give her a huge thank you for seeing to it that we had the BEST TIME, which we did. We didn’t want to leave, and we want to go back again and again.

Our stay included picture perfect Destin days of sunshine and clear emerald water. August is such a wonderful time to visit. We were provided with complementary cruiser bikes and beach-up. We enjoyed both community pools day and night. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated in a modern way while the rest of the cottage is decorated with both contemporary and antique treasures.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The chairs and umbrella at the beach were perfect, we used them everyday as we did the bikes and the pickleball court. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Destin Pointe in the future. The only thing I'd suggest changing with Deja Vu is the front door lock, it's wonky and could be cumbersome to unlock/lock. It really needs to be changed out. We had a very minor issue on the day we checked and the property manager took care of it immediately and was super friendly.
