House of 80 m2 on two levels.
Spacious plot of 300m2 fully enclosed with a garden and a 6 m x 4 swimming pool with a large wooden terrace.
On the 1st level as you enter the house you will find the main room including a living room area and an open kitchen, a laundry room and a toilet.
The rooms are located on the lower level on the ground floor and thus benefit from a mild temperature even in hot weather.
Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200 and 1 large wardrobe
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160 x 200, 1 mezzanine with a double bed 140 x 200 and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom and the second toilet are next to the bedrooms.
Bathroom: shower with glass door, 120 cm cabinet with large basin, tall and bench.
You will have at your disposal sunbeds, barbecue, garden table and chairs, parasol, board games.
In high season (July and August) rental only from Sunday to Sunday and for a minimum of 7 days.
Swimming pool open from 1 May to 30 September.
