Apartment as advertised,near beech,restaurants, supermarkets and only. 15 mins from alicante Airport. Really good place to stay and relax. Thanks

Great Apartment

Apartment was wonderful. Just what was needed for a quiet weekend away. Near beach and within walking distance of a supermarket and several restaurants

Super emplacement mais pas #luxuary concept #

Emplacement de l appartement idéal à 3mn de la plage. Belle piscine....mais terrasse face à une route très bruyante et face à un chantier en cours. Du.mobilier de jardin dégoûtant ( moisissures sur les coussins la table basse, la structure du canapé qui se décompose) Un équipement cuisine insuffisant pour 6 ( poêles abîmées et trop petites , un seul grand saladier, pas de couvercle à la bonne taille) Enfin la gérante qui nous annonce que la place de parking est payante ( soit 140 euros pour 2 semaines). Or dans l annoncé il est précisé que #parking comprit# mais en payant en liquide le prix tombe à 100 euros. Sans compter qu on nous mets la pression avec les bracelets en plastique qui seront facture 50 euros si perdus. Bref un logement pas à la hauteur et l impression de s être fait arnaque.

Übergabe verlief reibungslos, Appartement ist super nah am Strand, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. 15km entfernt von Alicante Zentrum
