One month in Spain

Both the internal and external space is as shown in the photos. There are also 2 balconies which was a big bonus for us. The outside living space is beyond exceptional! The property has all that we needed , except a kettle for us tea drinkers. We just purchased one from the shop in La Marina. The proximity to the beach and numerous restaurants was fabulous. You do need a car to get to the local shops. We would highly recommend this property.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit im Haus und vor allem auf der Terrasse genossen. Mercedes hat auf jede Frage schnell reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Maison charmante, propre avec un jardin merveilleux, on s’y sent très bien. À proximité de la plage, quartier résidentiel calme. La piscine est un plus. Mercedes est de bons conseils et soucieuse du bien-être de ses hôtes. Merci, nous avons passé de belles vacances.

Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. La climatisation dans la chambre principale et le salon est appréciable.L'extérieur est harmonieusement aménagé. L'accès aux deux vélos permet d'aller rapidement à la plage.Les échanges avec Mercedes étaient plaisants et faciles.Tout était parfait.

Nous avons adoré la maison conforme à la description. Un petit moins sur la connexion Wifi qui n’est pas top (pas encore de fibre installée)Et point d’amélioration : fournir un ventilateur pour la chambre du dernier étage car il y fait très chaud en août. Le jardin est magnifique et très apaisant.La communication avec l’hôte est le point fort (bienveillance et conseil pour le tourisme ), et de plus la maison dispose d’un contact sur place pour le moindre souci ( mais nous n’en avons pas eu)La piscine de la résidence est top et très souvent peu de monde en même temps Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour découvrir la région d’Alicante /Elche/Santa Pola Encore merci à Mercedes et Mimi

Como mencionamos en el anuncio, la casa solo admite 4 personas, aunque haya espacio para más. Esta limitación se debe a motivos de comodidad y a una mejor gestión de la propiedad.Nos preocupa que ustedes se hayan presentado con 5 personas sin previa consulta, lo cual excede la capacidad permitida y establecida. Pese a todo, intentamos adaptarnos al inconveniente y gestionamos la situación de manera que ustedes pudieran continuar con sus vacaciones sin ningún coste adicional. Es comprensible que, en algunas ocasiones, la mala conciencia pueda influir en la percepción de la experiencia, lo que puede resultar en puntuaciones no deseadas. So wie man sich das wünscht

wir haben gehofft dass es so ist wie auf den Fotos, es war besser. Wir haben uns im Haus gefühlt wie zu Hause dazu der schöne Garten und Frühlingswetter. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, und mehr. Alles ist mit viel liebe eingerichtet ,das Bett ist hervoragend, einer Erholung steht nichts im Wege.

TRANQUILIDAD

La casa esta muy bien, bastante limpio todo, muy tranquila la zona. La casa está bastante limpia y a 10 min de la playa. Playa muy tranquila de gente y arena fina y sin algas. 100% recomendable. no tenemos ninguna pega sobre ellos.

Mario. Lamentablemente, tengo que decirte que vuestra estancia en la casa no estuvo a la altura de lo que esperábamos como propietarios. Vuestro comportamiento no solo fue complicado, sino que estuvo muy lejos de cumplir con las normas establecidas. Esta situación generó críticas por parte de mis vecinos debido a vuestra falta de discreción. Además, vuestro comportamiento hacia nosotros fue poco ético, lo cual no puedo dejar de mencionar. Con el tiempo, espero que aprendas a valorar las oportunidades que se te brindan, como la de disfrutar de una casa que una vez se te abrió, y que lamentablemente no supiste apreciar. Un saludo

Traumurlaub

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer Traumlage am Naturschutzgebiet und 10 Minuten entfernt von einem schönen Strand. Den Pool der Anlage haben die Kinder und auch wir genossen, trotz regnerischem April. Alles ist sehr empfehlenswert.

cozy place, lots of room on the property, definitely i recommend this property.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenage kids and this was our second time in the property, we like the area in La Marina, it is just a few minutes walking from the beach with nice restaurants available and what we like the most it is very quiet area where you get the chance to relax as well. We are overall very satisfied with the property and easy communication with the owner.

Very nice place and good facilities

We were a family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids and the property felt big enough for us. The beach is just half kilometer away wich it feels like a nice walk tour with many restaurants along the beach. A short walk away there is a big pool that belongs to the residents facility. There's a lot more good thing to say about the property, we really recommende it.
