This ground-floor villa boasts a fabulous lakefront view that can be enjoyed from the living area as well as the comfort of the screened-in patio featuring nice patio furniture. The spacious kitchen offers upgraded, full-size appliances, fine cabinetry, and all the housewares needed to prepare your favorite meals as well as an attached wet bar with a wine fridge. The dining table seats six and there are counter stools at the breakfast bar for plenty of dining space. The living room and master bedroom each have flatscreen TVs and Blu-ray players. Guests will also enjoy the on-site shared pool and tennis courts.

Take a drive along Scenic Highway 98 that winds along the coast and through other charming beachside communities like Grayton Beach, Seaside (which provided the setting for the 1999 movie The Truman Show), Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.
