One-bedroom flat on the 1st floor in a holiday residence with shared outdoor swimming pool. Living room with a sofa bed for a 70 cm or 140 cm bed and a second sofa opposite. A kitchenette with dishwasher. The separate bedroom has a 140 cm double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and a single washbasin, the WC is independent.
Enjoy the balcony with garden furniture, view on the forest. Parking is free and unrestricted in the residence. The Lacanau Les Pins residence, formerly Pierre et Vacances, offers many services: a large heated aquatic area open from the beginning of April to the end of September, bicycle and electric bike hire, a variety of food trucks every day (only July/ August), a children's playground, sanitary facilities and a launderette. Pets are welcome (Ref. 01416).
BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
