Welcome to the privileged setting of this waterfront villa with its breathtaking and panoramic sea view over the bay of Port Blanc. The hiking trail in front of the house will allow you to discover the nearby beaches and the picturesque landscapes of Granite Rose on foot.

This Breton house has all the comfort and facilities necessary for a holiday with family or friends and can accommodate up to 5 travellers. -
It has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, spacious and pleasant living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge.

The wood stove will be very appreciated in winter when you return from your hikes that you can do from the house.

You will find the local shops, the farm markets and our local producers 5 minutes by car from the house. For lovers of old stones and heritage, a walk in the small town of Tréguier is a must.
