This tastefully renovated 3-roomed house has a living/dining room with French TV and Foreigners Channels, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen area (large fridge/freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, full set of high quality cooking utensils), opening onto a south/west facing terrace, with a storeroom and washing machine.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and cupboard, the other with 2 single beds and cupboard), a shower room (a washbasin, shower cubicle, heated towel rail).
Access to the solarium of 25m², for sunbathing in complete tranquillity, with a view of the surrounding cliffs.
Rental of sheets and/or towels on reservation

The residence "Les Mas de la Mer" is located at the foot of the massif de la Clape (protected natural site), near the sports centre and the new municipal swimming pool. The large beach is nearby and the centre with its shops and restaurants is easily accessible on foot.
