Surrounded by about 100 hectares of chestnut and Turkey oak woodland, this beautiful holiday home offers the possibility of taking beautiful walks in the large woodland, which is the garden that surrounds it.

The three stone and wood houses of this holiday farm are made out of a barn and two sheepfolds; they are completely isolated in the green and have a beautiful southern exposure, open on a beautiful panorama.

They are only 15 minutes on foot from the town square, 5 km by car.
29 km from Pistoia, 50 km from Lucca, 60 km from Florence.
The sea is 1,5 hour away by car (Marina di Vecchiano - Viareggio).
Florence airport is 60 km away.
Check-in is expected no later than 20.00.

Due to the steep stairs to the sleeping area, this house is not suitable for elderly people or people with reduced mobility.

Het is een privé huis midden in de bergen. Het zwembad is ook alleen voor je eigen gebruik. Er liggen naast nog 2 a 3 huizen die verhuurd worden, maar tijdens ons verblijf werd dit niet verhuurd. Het zwembadmobulair is inderdaad verouderd. Dit had ik al gelezen in eerdere berichten. Daarom hadden wij zelf 2 ligbedden mee genomen. Heel de week loopt er een tuinman rond die de tuin en het zwembad onderhoud. Het is er heerlijk rustig en onze hond was ook van harte welkom. Echt wandelen met de hond is niet zo handig gezien het heel erg steil is. Wij vonden het een aangenaam verblijf

Wir waren nicht zufrieden

Der Vermieter spricht nur ganz schlecht Englisch. Die Zufahrt ist ein schlechter Schotterweg und schwer zu finden. Bei 8-10Grad Außentemperatur Abends ging keine Heizung im Bad, zum Duschen. Im ganzen Obergeschoss waren Stinkwanzen( es ist eben ein altes Haus). Wir werden dort keinen Urlaub mehr machen.

Het is een leuk huis: echter wel back to the basics. De bedden zijn prima en ook het servies, pannen en dergelijke zijn goed. Het meubilair is wat spartaans en gezellig. Wat voor ons een dingetje was: de verbindingen zijn buitenom: je kunt niet in het huis even naar boven lopen. Aan de andere kant was dit wel weer goed voor de beenspieren!

einfaches und uriges ehemaliges Bauernhaus mit Pool. Wer die Einfachheit und Ruhe in einer wunderschönen Berglandschaft schätzt, der ist hier genau richtig. Pure Entschleunigung
