The sea (Marina di Vecchiano or Viareggio) is around 1.5 hours away by car, and Florence airport lies 60 km from the property.

Inside, the home features a warm living/dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with bunk beds or single beds.
