Location absolument non conforme Ă  l’annonce.Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© du 16 au 26 aoĂ»t, mais avons Ă©tĂ© contraints de partir le 21 au matin face Ă  l’accumulation de problĂšmes graves : climatisation en panne, logement sale, terrasse annoncĂ©e comme privative mais en rĂ©alitĂ© partagĂ©e avec la propriĂ©taire, tĂ©lĂ©visions dĂ©fectueuses.Pendant le sĂ©jour, nous avons dĂ» gĂ©rer seuls un nid de guĂȘpes.De plus, un Ă©levage de chiens est situĂ© Ă  seulement 3 mĂštres de la façade, sur le mĂȘme terrain que celui louĂ©, gĂ©nĂ©rant du bruit permanent. Le logement communique Ă©galement avec celui de la propriĂ©taire par des portes intĂ©rieures, laissant passer de fortes odeurs d’urine de chats Ă  l’intĂ©rieur.Le plus grave est survenu par la suite : une vĂ©ritable invasion de tiques dans et autour du logement, avec risques sanitaires Ă©vidents.La propriĂ©taire, pourtant informĂ©e dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, n’a pas apportĂ© de solution et s’est rĂ©tractĂ©e aprĂšs avoir donnĂ© son accord oral pour notre dĂ©part anticipĂ© avec remboursement.ExpĂ©rience catastrophique et logement dangereux. Je dĂ©conseille fortement cette location.
