Location sympa - bon rapport qualité / prix

Points positifs - bon rapport qualité prix en pleine saison, - jardin et parking larges - relativement proche des plages - Silencieux fenêtres fermées. Points négatifs - pas de lumière extérieure à détection de mouvement (pénible de nuit), - pas de climatisation (utile lors des fortes chaleurs), - disposition des SDB (douche et toilettes dans le salon) - le nombre de couverts ne correspond pas au nombre de couchages (sauf si vous aimez partager votre vaisselle lors des repas) - vaisselle de cuisson limitée pour cuisiner. - poussières partout sous les meubles/lits et bordures de fenêtres et toiles d’araignée - à se demander si les frais de nettoyage en supplément (correspondant à 2h30 de ménage payé au SMIC charges comprises) sont réellement utilisés pour nettoyer le logement ou tout bonnement encaissés), - même commentaire pour la désinfection COVID si existante car non vérifiable (pas de traces administratives pour tenir au courant le locataire qui est le premier concerné par cette désinfection) - cadavres de bestioles sous les lits, - on a même retrouvé un paquet de clopes indonésiennes coincé derrière un radiateur, - internet Wifi en supplément dont le tarif journalier est tout bonnement scandaleux (a t’on le droit de le surfacturer)
