In the living room, sofas and armchairs invite you to relax with sea views.
All rooms open onto the terrace. On the same level, there is access to the garage and a guest toilet.

On the ground floor, there is a large sleeping area, consisting of a beautiful 37 m² air-conditioned bedroom with a 180x200 double bed, overlooking the garden and the Esterel massif through numerous bay windows; next to the bedroom, a sleeping area (not enclosed) with two single beds (ideal configuration for parents and their children), a shower room and a toilet.

Upstairs are the three other bedrooms.
The first, "Douceur d'Asie", is 18m² and offers a 180x200 bed, and opens onto a terrace overlooking the sea and the red rocks. It has a private bathroom, with bath, shower and WC.
The second, "Terracota room", is over 12m² and also offers a 180x190 bed, has a shower room and opens onto the terrace.
The third, "Blue room", is also spacious with its 12m², a 160x190 bed, and has its own bathroom; it also opens onto the terrace and garden. On the landing again a separate toilet.

The garden is beautifully planted and you can enjoy the beautiful heated pool (9m x 4m, depth 1.80m), always with the beautiful panorama all around you.
A covered terrace next to the pool houses a table and chairs, as well as a large barbecue for your alfresco meals.
Deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols complete the setting for a comfortable holiday.
