This is a 2-story, 2 bd, 2ba condo in be BEST location in Bayfront Kontiki...right on the sand and Aransas Bay! Relax on the private deck off the living room. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a quuen size bed, flat screen TV, and private bath with a double sink vanity. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer and is furnished with everything you will need for your trip! The loft area has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen size pull out couch. Enjoy the coastal decor and comfortable surroundings...but most of all...enjoy the VIEWS! Sleeps up to 8 comfortably.

Relaxing!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 (4 teen boys). Plenty of room to sleep and hang out. Kitchen is well stocked with basics. Super clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony cannot be beat. Fishing on the property didn’t produce much more than memories, but that’s no fault of the owners! This is our new place to stay in Rockport when we come visit family.
