About this property

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home offers an additional den and 1715 Square feet. When you walk into the front door you enter the den that has a sleeper sofa and is a great place for the kids to hangout. Two bedrooms and a full bath are towards the waterside of the home. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed and the other a Queen bed, both bedrooms have a wonderful view of Aransas Bay. There is a large patio out the back door where you will also find the private hot tub overlooking the water. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. The master bedroom and bath are also on this level with an additional half bath. The master has a King size bed and the bath room is amazing. Soak in the oversized tub and watch your favorite show. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the vacation rental was good. Price was right and there wasn't a long list of chores to do at check out. Property manager was very responsive to several issues that came up (arrival app not working, Google map address clarification, and internet issues).However I do feel that the photos are somewhat misleading. There is no sandy beach access from the house. Nearest beach is about 2 miles away. Pictures also show a boardwalk with rides which may only be seasonal. There isn't a whole lot of kid friendly things to do nearby. We ended up driving to corpus christi one day to find some things to do.House was well stocked and clean. Plenty of dishes, cooking supplies, etc.Kids did swim in the pool and the hot tub.Location would be our biggest complaint.

Awesome house!!! Issue with management company.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. I highly recommend this beautiful house. Issue: could not access WiFi so we contacted the management company. It was around 8:00pm on the day we arrived, and the representative said she would contact the owner. They never called back…we were there for two nights and got no response. No TV for the kids, etc.

Bayside luxury near everything

My Dad is about to turn 94 and we rented this house for the family. I live in Fulton and this was a beautiful property, and close to everything. Not far from Rockport.
