Welcome to Sandpiper 304. This charming, completely renovated ocean front condo is perfect for your weekend getaway or extended stay. This cozy gem is sure to provide you with a sense of relaxation and serenity. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a long hallway guiding you to the stunning ocean view landscape. From the calming color pallet to the quality finishes throughout, you will instantly feel you have arrived for vacation and be ready to unwind.

The kitchen has been completely updated with custom cabinetry and quartz countertops and the ceilings were raised to provide a more spacious and comfortable feel. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a large serving island to gather around and barstool seating for casual gatherings. The decor is comfortable yet modern which creates a relaxing setting for your beach getaway. The combo living-dining area offers stunning ocean views through the wall of floor to ceiling windows, a spacious private balcony and plenty of room to stretch out and unwind from the day's adventures. The living area is perfect for relaxing with a cozy couch, 2 reclining chairs, and a 55” Smart TV. The dining room has seating for 6 to enjoy the catch of the day or a fun family game night.

With comfort and luxury in mind, each of the 2 bedrooms is spacious, has premium king size beds with top of the line linens, coastal themed furnishings & 55” smart TV's. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower with bench seat and custom waterfall tile accent while the guest bath has a modern tub with beautiful tile surround.

The building has easy access to the beach via a private boardwalk and with the Sandpiper being just outside of town, the beaches are typically less crowded. The Sandpiper offers so many options for everyone including a 24-hour staff at the front desk, shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong, multiple lounge areas, tennis courts, bird-watching areas, a huge swimming pool and hot tub, grilling areas with both gas and Webber charcoal grills, all with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, golf and more. Sandpiper offers daily rental of beach canopies during peak season (lounge chairs are free) which they will set up and take down for you so all you need to worry about is relaxing and having fun.

This condo is very well appointed and has a perfect view of the beach! I did not expect how far the Sandpiper was away from shopping, dining, activities, etc. but the seclusion was a nice change. The community has beach loungers to be used, as well as towels. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, kitchen was well appointed, TVs with cable… what more could you ask for??

Really great condo, in good location. Front desk staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I was a little concerned though when one of them was startled by a cockroach as we were checking in but we had no problems with bugs during our stay. They were doing construction or upgrades near the elevators on our check out day and one elevator was shut down which was inconvenient as guests were all trying to get luggage out. Great pool & hot tub! Overall, really great stay. Condo #304 is very nice!

Beautiful condo and grounds. The staff were wonderful! So friendly and nice! Good location and less congested which is what we like. Close to restaurants, stores etc. 3 things that we didn’t like 1) pool heater broken and didn’t look like anyone was trying to fix it in the 2 weeks we were there. 2) no washer and dryer in our condo. Had to go down to ground floor and pay to get our laundry done. We have never had to do this before while staying at a condo. 3) construction noise was just awful! Woke us up early and couldn’t take naps even if we had wanted to so not so relaxing for us. In fact most days it was unbearable.

Perfect Getaway!

I was looking for a rental that would provide me with peace and relaxation from work and other responsibilities, and I wanted to be in an oceanfront property that was clean, newly remodeled with updated finishes, and had a great view of the water. I found it! This condo has all the comforts of home, and then some. I was there Monday-Friday, and it was difficult to leave. This place exceeded my expectations. I hope other travelers will take good care of the place and treat it well so that it will remain in such good condition. It's a gem.

The condo was amazing! So clean and comfortable and relaxing. It was perfect for two adult couples with the dual master suites! The ocean view went on forever! This unit is decorated and updated so nicely! The entire Sandpiper is a super nice and updated property. I loved that the Sandpiper provided loungers to use on the beach for free! The pool and hot tub are nice. There are several gas grills available and a really nice fire pit! You can drive on the beach in front of the Sandpiper but you cannot park there. I cannot wait to go back!!

Perfect Stay in Port A! Beautiful Condo- BEST VIEW! Crazy Comfy Beds!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautiful, the beds are really comfortable, and we loved sitting on the balcony feeling the sea air, and watching the waves! The view couldn’t be any better. The property is very well kept, the pool is nice, and we loved the easy access to the beach! The complex is run like a hotel with friendly staff at the front desk at all times. It’s a quick drive to Port A, but this isn’t the location for you if you want to rent and keep a golf cart at the property as there isn’t golf cart beach access, but for the cost of a $12 permit you can drive your vehicle a good part of the way on the beach to and from Port A. The comfortable beds are reason enough to come back to #304! That combined with unobstructed views of the ocean made this a great trip! We will return!

NY Snowbirds

For a family of four, this is an excellent place to stay (as long as the kids don’t mind sharing a king sized bed). For us, it was perfect. The condo itself was appointed beautifully and all the amenities are included. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.

Beautiful!

My family and I stayed in this property December 2021. Although the weather was cold and rainy we absolutely loved this property and the staff/facility were great! The only thing was the pool was not as heated as much as we would have thought. We were only able to use outdoor hot tub but it was nice and perfect with the cold weather! We would love to return to this property!!!
