Outside, you will enjoy a terrace, a courtyard and a 900 m² garden. A typical Breton exterior style for this detached house with a traditional stone facade. This comfortable house is located near the shops, 600 m from the sea, in the heart of a tourist region rich in heritage. Pleubian is distinguished by its Sillon du Talbert, a narrow tongue of sand that juts out into the sea for a distance of 3 km, a real geological curiosity. Three beautiful beaches including Sillon, Pors Rand and Kermagen.
