Upstairs you are greeted with a large loft and 2 additional bedrooms, providing impressive views of the Deschutes River from the second level. With a flat screen TV, sectional sofa, dining room table and lots of board games, this is sure to be a family favorite. The two bedrooms are on each side of the loft, providing privacy, but easy access to the extra living space. They both have a queen + a twin day bed. A full bathroom is located within the loft to be shared by both bedrooms.

Grab some bikes and head out on miles of paved trails along the Deschutes River! When you are not soaking in the hot tub or watching movies in the family room, you can explore the nearby foothills of Mt. Bachelor and the surrounding, pristine alpine forests. Book a rafting trip on the Deschutes, go fly fishing, or make the short trip to Mt. Bachelor Resort for a day of skiing and snowboarding. IMPORTANT RIVER ACCESS INFO:
The Deschutes river bank within the River Meadows Community is protected. Access to the river is limited to 3 designated areas including a boat launch and a large white dock within a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Entering or exiting the river from the bank is prohibited and can result in a $250 fine from the neighborhood association.

NO SMOKING on River Meadows property, including common areas, pathways, and all other amenities.

No large parties or events, and no street parking permitted. Recreational vehicles cannot be kept in driveways.
