About this property

Ponderosa Paradise with a million dollar view

Beautiful log cabin with pond, Mt Bachelor views and two hundred acres of hiking behind the property. 12 minutes to Sunriver resort and 25 minutes to Bend. Gateway to Paulina and East lakes and all the Cascade lakes. 30 minutes to Mt. Bachelor ski area. Occasional eagle sightings and train whistle. Lite breakfast is also included! You have access to all the house including kitchen and barbeque. I stay off the living room in a studio with my two friendly dogs and private entrance. I do not come into the house. Plenty of parking including trailers and boats. There are stairs to front door and both bedrooms are upstairs. There is also a hot tub on the back deck. Two night minimum and four night maximum.

Wonderful peaceful stay

Our host went above and beyond and his house and location were stellar. The hot tub was so nice and had a beautiful view of the mtns. Would highly recommend to any couple or larger group, lots of space.

Beautiful home, sweet dogs, & a stunning view!

My sister and I came up for a few days and had an amazing stay. The pictures do not do it justice, the view is gorgeous and the home is very well decorated - Tim paid very great attention to detail and was very friendly upon arrival. Would definitely stay again. The dogs were a plus :) Very friendly

Amazing property and owner

This was an amazing place. It had a real feel of country and you could feel the owner opened his home to guests rather than having a “income property” feel. I will definitely be back.

Super quiet and restful

Tim's place is perfect for us. We recharge in quiet, and the location can't be beat. We basically sit by the woodstove, drink coffee and read books the entire time. Views of the snow and mountains are an added bonus.Tim is friendly and accommodating. We will be back :)

Amazing place, amazing host (and yes, amazing dogs :D)! Most relaxing, wonderful place to stay....Tim's attention to detail in every nook and corner and every amenity added to delightful surroundings and a feeling of being a welcomed guest. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely go there again if we are in the area!

Great stay!

Tim is super-friendly and helpful and a great host. The home is very comfortable with great views and on interesting property. We enjoyed seeing the fish in the pond and sitting out back with a fire. All around great and we'll go back next trip to Central Oregon.

Absolutely perfect!

We had a fantastic stay here. The cabin is SO beautiful, inside and out, with tons of amazing amenities. My kids loved the archery and golf, and I was blown away by the stars at night and the kitchen with not one, but TWO sinks! Tim and his sweet dogs were great hosts. It's also close to tons of great activities, like the Lava Caves and High Desert Museum. We look forward to returning!

Quiet, relaxing and comfortable

This was our second time staying here. It’s a perfect place to enjoy a fire, read books and take in the great view. Many activities are a short drive away, but we just stayed in and enjoyed the quiet to recharge. House is spacious and comfortable, and Tim is friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to returning.

This home is gorgeous. Super quiet, couple acres to walk around. The details in the home were just beautiful. He has 2 dogs that are so friendly and welcoming. The whole experience was truly the best. Definitely would do it again.

Exceeded our expectations

The home is lovely with many personal touches that made our stay quite enjoyable. The mosquitos were a bit much for me the first night as we didn't have any spray, but the second night, with the help of some 'off' we were able to enjoy an incredibly beautiful sunset on the back porch. Tim was readily available for any questions but never intrusive, the pups were reliable greeters and well behaved, and if we are ever back in the area we will certainly stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
