This 100-square-meter house is located in a very quiet hamlet with views of the surrounding mountains. It serves as a starting point for numerous walks and hikes, whether on foot or by bike.
A 10-minute drive from the Bernex ski slopes.
It features a ground floor with a large living area comprising a living room, dining room, and open kitchen. The space is flooded with light from two large picture windows overlooking the garden.
A sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate 1 or 2 additional guests. In this case, guests should bring their own sleeping bags.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one is large and very cosy, and the other has two twin beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). A cot is available.
The spacious bathroom features a shower and a bathtub.
There are two separate toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.
For young children, a travel cot and an adjustable high chair are available (see photos)
A peaceful 800-square-meter garden with a lounge chair, patio furniture, and a deck offers a pleasant space for play or relaxation.

The “Fromagerie des Chalets d’Oche” cheese shop and its farm are located 200 m away. There you can find excellent Abondance cheese, among other things.
