Schönes Haus mir Meeresrauschen!Vorab muss ich sagen, dass das Haus noch viel schöner ist als auf den Bildern und es noch einige Dinge gibt, die in der Beschreibung fehlen. Ein Foto der Küche fehlt leider, sie ist mit sehr guten Geräten und auch desweiteren komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Kühl/Gefrierkombination und über einen weiteren Kühlschrank. Es gibt zwei separate Toiletten und in die verschließbare Garage mit direkter Tür ins Haus passt locker ein Auto bis ca. 4,50 m Länge. Vor dem Haus ist dann noch privater Platzplatz für zwei weitere Autos.Die drei Schlafzimmer haben gute Betten und es gibt im Obergeschoss noch das Bad mit toller Dusche und ein viertes Zimmer mit sehr viel Stauraum. Auf der Dachterrasse mit Sonnensegel und auch im Paterre gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten ohne Ende. Somit ist die Unterkunft auch für größere Gruppen geeignet.Der Strand ist fantastisch und nur 50 m entfernt, d.h. Meeresrauschen inklusive! Die Lage ist auch ideal für ausgiebige Radtouren.Das Internet ist rasend schnell, vermutlich Glasfaser.Auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden.Alles in allem ein tolles Haus!

Emplacement et maison super mais mauvais contact avec la propriétaire

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette maison, l’emplacement est imbattable et la maison parfaite pour un séjour en familleEn revanche notre séjour a été impacté par la politesse de la propriétaire qui nous a littéralement hurlé dessus devant ma petite fille lors du check out, elle s’attendait à un ménage complet alors que nous payons 150 de frais de ménage et que la concierge nous avait uniquement demandé de regrouper le linge, nous avions tout de même fait toilette, cuisine, salle de bain et un premier coup d’aspirateur, nous sommes resté 1h de plus pour terminer leur ménage Une mauvaise communication et un manque d’attention à l’arrivée la maison est complètement vide aucun produit de bienvenus, les éléments du jardin sont rouillés et le barbecue sale C’est dommage que le relationnel ait été compliqué car la maison a tout pour que l’on passe de bons moments

Nous sommes ravis que la maison et son emplacement vous aient plu. Cependant, il est regrettable que vous laissiez un avis aussi dur, malgré les avantages exceptionnels que vous avez obtenus (réduction, nuit offerte), en contrepartie de l’engagement de rendre la maison impeccable, ce qui n’a pas été respecté. Le forfait ménage ne couvre pas un séjour avec deux chiens non déclarés, ni un extérieur laissé en désordre. Une communication honnête et un respect des règles de base permettent généralement que tout se passe bien, comme en témoignent nos autres avis.

Schönes Haus - super Lage

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand ist herrlich, aber auch im Garten hinter dem Haus kann man sich wohlfühlen. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prestations de hautes qualités

Nous sommes partis à 2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants). La maison est parfaitement adaptée pour 8 personnes et possède tout le matériel nécessaire. La douche extérieure est un vrai plus au retour de plage! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur l’océan et la cour arrière à l’abri du vent. La localisation est idéale (plage,resto,commerce). Nous recommandons cette location et serons ravis d’y retourner. La propriétaire et la dame de la conciergerie sont de plus très sympathiques.

La maison est très bien avec une très grande pièce à vivre, une terrasse en arrière cour et une terrasse au premier avec vue sur la mer. L'emplacement est idéal à 50 m de la plage avec beaucoup d'activité autour.

Überdurchschnittliches Haus mit atemberaubender Meeressicht

Ideal gelegenes Haus in unmittelbarer Meeresnähe. Riesige Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergänge. Zusätzlich geschützter Innenhofgarten. Auffallend grosszügig im Grundriss, perfekt eigerichtet, es fehlt an nichts! Man merkt, dass das Haus für den Eigengebrauch eingerichtet ist. Unzählige Restaurants, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, täglicher Markt - alles in Gehdistanz. Ebenso zwei überwachte Strände. Besonders ideal ist das Haus für Surfer eingerichtet; Ständer für die Bretter, Gestell für die Anzüge, Aussendusche (mit Warmwasser). Auch der Skaterpark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren mit unseren vier jugendlichen Kinder hier. Wir sind begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
