This stunning, platinum-rated, six-bedroom condo is the largest and one of the most luxurious ski-in/ski-out accommodations in Steamboat, uniquely featuring panoramic views of the Steamboat Ski Resort from the private balcony. Families and friends can come together by the gas fireplace in the spacious living room. Alternatively, relish in the privacy afforded by multiple bedrooms, TVs in each bedroom, free WiFi, and a bathroom for each bedroom! The fully-equipped kitchen area is outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and kitchenware to make any gourmet feel at home. There is also a private washer/dryer combo (detergent provided) for your convenience. There is a queen sleeper sofa in one of the living rooms. Guests enjoy an outdoor heated pool, four outdoor hot tubs, two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness room, ski lockers, and on-call shuttle services to take guests to shopping, dining, and other local activities. Torian Plum also has the fastest resort-wide WiFi in Steamboat Springs! Youth Sports notice: The Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property. For our summer guests, this retreat does not have air conditioning; however, ceiling fans and portable fans have been provided for your comfort.
The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.
THINGS TO KNOW No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking. Two twins can be turned into a king.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 5.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Our family loved the property!!
The Condo was amazing and we loved it. The only downside was the air conditioner in the 513 side didn't work and the staff wasn't able to fix it.

Check-in was easy. The rooms were spacious and decorated well. The kitchens were stocked well, though some pans were scratched and we couldn’t use. The washing/drying machines were great. Dishwasher was so quiet. The grandkids loved having a TV to watch movies on:) We loved our stay!
Great location for three families to share (two three bedroom units with an adjoining door). Clean and well stocked. Great pool. Steps to the base of the mountain. Only negative is that many of the windows are difficult to open or broken (summer visit) and it got warm.

The condo was spacious and perfect for our large group of 8 adults and 7 kids.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were four families arriving at different times and they easily helped to coordinate all our different check in needs. The condos are well maintained and a great lay out. It was nice to have two kitchens and two living rooms between the two connecting units. Also, the location is outstanding!! It's within walking distance to gondola square and a number of restaurants. I highly recommend the Torian Plum!!

Better than I expected
The location of the property couldn't have been better. easy walking distance to the gondola and nearby restaurants. The units we stayed in (connecting units) were clean, and had the most well equipped kitchens I have ever seen in a rented condo. (From large sets of dishes in each kitchen, to crock posts, griddles, and even cast iron pans in addition to more traditional pans.) We could not have asked for anything more.
Condos starting to show there wear and tear. Dining chairs in both units thread bare or cracking leather. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Concerns were felt with quickly.

Lots of positive things. Some updates, repairs and deep cleaning needed.
Fit both families with plenty of room. The location and ski in, ski out ability can’t be topped. However, there were multiple windows in both units that wouldn’t open because of missing or stripped handles. As well as missing and broken blinds. When that beautiful sun comes over the mountain those missing blinds are a problem. The master bedroom bathrooms had black mold in all the jets. I wouldn’t let my daughter take a bath in there. The oven in one of the units was in poor shape. It worked but you couldn’t set anything on the top grate as it didn’t quite fit in the oven and the front display screen was caved in.
The front desk staff is top notch and available to help or give advice at a moments notice. Lastly ask for “Carlos’s” car service to and from
Hayden airport. Best price and best service in all of steamboat.

Great Unit
Easy to book the unit we wanted online which was a 6 bedroom (2 adjoining 3 bedroom units), each bedroom with its own bathroom. Perfect for our small college reunion of 6 couples. Staff even checked in via phone with us prior to arrival to confirm plans. Loved the unit - well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc.
