The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and terrific cookware, so you'll have an easy time preparing tonight's home-cooked meal. The dishwasher will take care of the dirty dishes while you serve your guests at the quaint dining table. Afterward, kick back in a comfy Adirondack chair on the private patio off the living room to enjoy a refreshing cocktail while catching up with old friends. You'll be located within 200 yards from Christy Sports for Ski and Snowboard rentals. Stampede and Lil' Rodeo for beginners and Headwall North and Vogue for advanced skiers are just a few ski runs away when you head up Steamboat Ski Resort, right across the street. There are great hikes to be had on Yampa River Core Trail, three miles away, and there are even more hiking and mountain biking opportunities at places like Sanctuary Trail and Fetcher Pond.

This is a multi-level property without elevator access.
The outdoor pool complex, including the hot tubs, will be under construction from April 10, 2023, until July 2023 and will not be available during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
