Summary
Nice cozy apartment with all new and tastefully decorated. It is next to the marina and within 10 minutes walk from Las Coloradas beach, and about 15 minutes walk from the long beach of Solana Matorral. In turn, all kinds of services and restaurants are available within walking distance.

Accommodation
The apartment is next to the marina and pier of Morro Jable, in a residential area near the sea. The apartment consists of a comfortable and spacious bedroom with wardrobe, a lounge decorated tastefully with sofa bed and plasma TV and a well equipped with modern appliances and everything you might need for cooking. The terrace is very nice and has a small table with two chairs and an umbrella to eat outdoors and enjoy the fantastic climate of Fuerteventura all year. The house has everything you might need during your stay, also linen and towels. Included in the price is an underground private parking in the garage of the complex.

Services
-The Initial and final cleaning is included for stays of at least 7 nights. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, it would have a price of 12 € per hour
-The WiFi is free and complimentary service to our customers; but please note that the telephone infrastructure in this area is not good and there may be breaks in the connection during your stay.
-Recibimos Guests personally. You are contactable by e-mail or phone during your stay if you need us.
-at Book with us, if you wish we send to your e-mail account (apply only certain accounts, ask us about) an invitation to a virtual map which contains plenty of recommendations and suggestions on where to eat, what to do to see in the south of the island.

Surrounding area
The apartment is in Morro Jable on the marina area. Its location allows you to be near the beach and all amenities close by and having to walk around the marina, where sunsets are fantastic.

Southern Fuerteventura is ideal for diving and snorkeling, kite-surfing, windsurfing, surfing, biking site, etc. It is also the perfect place to just relax and enjoy the most beautiful beaches in Europe and typical Canarian cuisine in the many restaurants nearby housing.

Getting Around
If what you want is a quiet, relaxing beach vacation not need a car, because the beach and all amenities are near the apartment. In addition, there are buses that make the direct route from the airport to Morro Jable, and companies that make transfers from the airport to various areas of Morro Jable with a very affordable price. If you come by boat, the ride to the apartment can be done perfectly on foot from the landing zone of the ferries.

However, if you want to explore the island and get lost in its coves and corners, so it is advisable to have car to move freely. Also we provide our customers with a virtual map with all the recommendations to see and do in the south of the island, with our favorite restaurants and the location of beautiful beaches and coves little known, among others.

House Rules
-The Check in time is at 16:00 and the out is at 12:00. However, we can be flexible with schedules, as long as no inputs or outputs from other customers. Ask us in this regard with arrival and departure provided.
-The House is rented to smokers, but smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
-We're sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Minimum stay is normally 7 nights, but at certain times you can stay fewer nights paying a supplement of 50 € for final cleaning. Consult this regard indicating your arrival and departure dates planned.
