Comfortable and bright apartment well located

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, kitchen, living room with air conditioning, tv, wifi, bathroom and terrace overlooking the town and the sea. The area where the house is located combines the proximity of areas with services (municipal market, supermarket, police, gym) with the tranquility of a residential neighborhood that is only 300m from the old town of Morro Jable and the seafront with its shops and restaurants.
The apartment is located on a first floor which is accessed through exterior stairs. The two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.80x200 and the other with two single beds, have fitted wardrobes. We have at your disposal an iron, hairdryer and fully equipped kitchen (coffee capsules, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine and fridge).

Gute Anbindung an den Ort

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Angenehm ist auch, dass Gebrauchsutensilien vorhanden sind z.B.Gewürze und Haushaltspapier in der Küche und z.B. Klopapier im Bad. Leider ist der Balkon wegen des Verkehrs nicht gut nutzbar. Sonst alles prima.

Zentral gelegene und gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben Ende Oktober - Anfang November 4 Tage die Wohnung gemietet und haben eigentlich nur abends und nachts dort verbracht, waren ansonsten am Strand. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und man ist in knapp 10 Minuten direkt unten am Strand. Es gibt die Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke beim Eurospar, wo man ein reichhaltiges Angebot findet. Die Schlafzimmer sind ruhig und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet für Selbstversorger, wir haben dort jeden Tag gekocht. Der Empfang von Ana war herzlich, sie ist sehr nett und kann auch ein bischen deutsch. Die Terasse ist direkt an einer Strasse deswegen haben wir sie kaum genutzt, ansonsten war aber alles perfekt.

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Ich kann diese Wohnung jedem, der Fuerteventura besuchen möchte. Die Wohnung ist, wie wir finden, besser ausgestattet als wir es erwarten hatten. Die Möbel sind nicht "günstig von der Strasse", sondern von einer sehr guten Qualität. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Küche hat auch alles, was man benötigt. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit guten und sauberen Betten, frisch bezogen. Das Bad und dessen Sauberkeit, auf die wir immer sehr viel Wert legen ist ebenfalls sehr sehr gut. Funktionierende Klimaanlage rundet das ganze ab. Zusammenfassend kann ich die Wohung als sehr hochwertig und sehr sauber einstufen. Wir hatten schon viele Häuser und Wohungen in unseren Urlaubszeiten gemietet und diese gehört eindeutig zu den besseren. Also, wer nach Fuerteventura möchte und schöne Wohnung in Morro Jable sucht, sollte hier zuschlagen. Die Vermieter sind ein junges und sehr nettes Pärchen, bei den wir uns auch nochmals für alles sehr herzlich bedanken möchten und wünschen euch stets alles Gute. Liebe Grüße, Gabi und Siggi
