Amazing cottage

This cozy cottage just minutes from the beach and seconds from restaurants is a quiet clean getaway for your vacation if your a single person traveling this is my second time staying here and both times have been amazing and the host have been really sweet and accommodating definitely recommend

The hosts were very nice, the single bed was comfortable. The shower left a lot to be desired, as the pull on the faucet was faulty and didn’t close all the way to shower head which made a trickle to shower head making my showering experienced way less than desirable.

Sorry about the shower, I had no idea. I hired a plumber the day before you arrived to replace the shower diverter and it worked when he left. I would have called him right back there had I known. Anyway, the shower spout will be taken care of for any future guests.

Perfectly Adequate

The communication with Jim was good, and I had a perfectly adequate stay. I appreciated the free WiFi and parking. The rental needs a few little touches to make it a bit more comfortable, and I left that feedback for Jim and Emma.

Good inexpensive place

Before I begin, I want to mention that it is a single bed. The place is only good for one person. The bottom line is that the place is clean, has a very comfortable bed, a full kitchen, I think adequate air conditioning (it never got into the 90's, so I am not sure), and fast internet (over 100 mbs) for a VERY low price relative to LI. The trade-off is that the place is older, but the price more than makes up for that. If I ever visit central LI again, I will look this place up.
