Very spacious detached house, quiet, between Nay and the Hautes-Pyrénées (25 mins from Lourdes, Pau, Tarbes and Oloron Ste-Marie). Heated swimming pool adjoining the owners, open to tenants, every late afternoon, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., from June to September inclusive. Ground floor: kitchen (gas cooker 3 gas burners 1 electric, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave), living room, lounge area (TV), shower room (washing machine), wc, storage room ( freezer). 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Upstairs (spiral staircase): 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 single bed), bathroom. WC. Electric and gas heating extra (meter readings). Possibility to rent sheets + linen. Internet connection. Enclosed courtyard with trees and flowers, garden furniture, barbecue. Pleasant veranda facing South-West towards the mountains (electric awning). From the cottage, hike to the Oppidum d'Asson, site to discover. Between Pau and Lourdes, comfort and low prices in this gîte ideal for families or groups of friends with access to a shared heated swimming pool
