"Island Trader" is an oceanfront pool home with magnificent views that sleeps 6 with three bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy relaxing under the tiki hut, lounging in the heated pool, sunbathing on the deck, or grilling your fresh catch of the day as you look out over the Atlantic Ocean. This home is conveniently located just minutes from the Vaca Cut so you have easy access to either the Atlantic or the Gulf. There is also plenty of dockage with freshwater washdown, large fish cleaning table, plenty of outdoor lighting, and freshwater rinse down shower with hot and cold water.

Island Trader is located in the heart of Marathon, and it is within walking distance to restaurants, dive shops, bait and tackle, and shopping.

Wake up to the best view in the Keys as every bedroom has an ocean view. Other amenities includes plenty of shaded parking for your vehicles and trailer, large HDTV in the living room, tvs in every bedroom, wireless hi-speed internet, full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, central a/c, and washer/dryer.

The property was excellent and the location was paradise! From fishing from the dock to swimming in the pool...sipping drinks on the deck and under the tiki hut was all amazing! This home was everything I could have dreamed of for our family vacation celebrating our son's 13th birthday!

Perfect As Always

Loved my stay again this year! Fifth stay here at Little Venice. This spot is so relaxing and beautiful . Home is so clean and very close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. All the comforts of home and the most spectacular water views! The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off on the warm afternoons. I can’t wait until next year!

What a perfect place to stay! Waterfront, pool, tiki hut and fishing right off the sea walll. House was very well stocked for making meals or very convenient to excellent restaurants. Definitely would come back.

Cozy,clean, great view

Property listed accurately and was very comfortable. The pool was warm, and the view was nice. The only suggestion we would include is that some accessories like beach chairs, a cooler, more beach towels and some hooks outside or a rack for wet clothes would be nice for those who enjoy the beach.

Another Beautiful Stay

Had another wonderful stay in this beautiful home! House is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The water view is spectacular! The weather was extremely hot the week we were there and the pool was very refreshing. Other than the nesting pigeons under the home everything was perfect. Very close to shopping, restaurants and major Marathon attractions. Looking forward to next year already!

Great Property

We loved staying at this property! House is beautiful and clean just as the pictures showed! Beds were super comfortable and shower water pressure was superb. Kitchen was fully equipped and nearby Publix and Winn Dixie was a plus! Pool water temperature was refreshing… never to hot or cold. Fishing from sea wall was entertaining. Lots of fish, manatees, iguanas and birds! Would definitely stay here again!

This is our 3rd year staying at the property. The home is clean and stocked. Beds and comfortable. The view is amazing with breathtaking sunsets. Close to area restaurants and stores. Grill available to cook at home. We will continue our yearly trip.

This was our third stay in this beautiful house. LOVE! Most peaceful and relaxing vacation as always. It was our treat to ourselves to celebrate our anniversary. Wish the rates hadn’t increased for next year as we will never find such a nice location. It’s now out of our price range but highly recommend this beauty.

Beautiful Oceanfront Home

This home in Marathon was absolutely stunning! Extremely clean, everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The views are amazing! Fishing right off the dock was our favorite past time. We saw manatees and a friendly stroll of a resident iguana each day. We visited the nearby aquarium and went on a sunset catamaran cruise. The restaurants in Marathon were excellent and our favorite was Lazy Days. Loved staying in this home and have already rebooked for next year!

Beautiful Sunrise and Sunset

The home and pool are very clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet location. Beautiful view. You can see the sunrise and sunset. Pool was not too hot or cold, just right. Home was furnished with everything we needed. Great kitchen. Very nice washer and dryer. Many things to do on Marathon, toured the Turtle Hospital, rented a pontoon. Great places to eat - Burdines Waterfront, Lazy Days South. Great drinks at Sunset Grill. Host was easy to contact and quickly answered our questions. Our entire group would return to this property again.

Wonderful time in Marathon!

We had a fantastic time. The property was clean, well appointed, great views of the ocean from the from front screened porch. All 6 of us were pleased with our accommodations. The property manager was quick to address a small problem we had with the pool. We were close to all the sights we wanted to see, and our grandson loved fishing off the dock area. The only thing that would be a recommendation would be to have a light blanket for each bed so you don’t have to use the heavier bedspread, a couple of baking dishes (I had to bake stuffed shells in a cast iron skillet) , adequate pillow cases to cover all pillows. However, we would rate our stay a 10+ Would love to return.

Marathon family vacation

Everything was absolutely great. Everything you would need is at the house. Pool is really nice to come back to after being out all day at the beaches. Fishing was great!! We had an amazing time once again. We love staying here every July.

Great stay!

We had everything we needed here. Saw manatees, sea turtles, dolphins, and iguanas. We saw giant eels coming out of the rocks under the dock. We fished from the dock every day. We love the outdoor shower with hot water. We made friends with the neighbors and they sent us home with the best mangos we’ve ever had. Would love to come back one day.

Everything was as described in the listing. The location and the view were just perfect. Fishing right from the property and the pool were great. The area was quiet but there’s very easy access to the main road and many wonderful restaurants in Marathon. Pharmacies and grocery stores are nearby. Loved the screened porch. Had coffee out there every morning. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great house for a family getaway!

Very nice house. Comfortably fit 6 adults. It was nice being right on the water and the saltwater pool was great. Easy access to lots of restaurants and Sombrero Beach. Close enough to Key West for day trips. Greatly enjoyed our stay.

Best trip to the Florida Keys we have had!!!!

Everything was spotless and clean, had everything we needed. We have been coming to the Keys for years now and this was by far the best placed we stayed. Everything was absolutely great. Had an amazing time! We will definitely be back next year! No problems what so ever!

Thanksgiving week with family at this home was perfect! Location was excellent for fishing and close to stores. House had everything we needed. Only wished there was more utensils. Had plently of nice towels and pool towels and very comfortable beds. Tiki hut was great for our evening meals watching sunsets and morning coffee sunrises from our own backyard! Heated pool was a huge plus! Would stay again!
