Loin des balades

Chalet assez luxueux. Cependant, l'accueil de nos 19 personnes laisse à désirer. (Table intérieure insuffisante !) 2 chambres peu confortables. Pour trouver les sentiers de promenades, la voiture est nécessaire. Salle de bain : où poser les accessoires ??

Bonjour Bernard, merci pour votre évaluation, navré que votre expérience est été moyenne. Nous n’avons jamais indiqué ni informé que le chalet était proche de multiples ballades. Il y en a, mais il faut monter au Bettex (20 minutes de marche). C’est en montagne, forcément la voiture peut être nécessaire pour rejoindre des accès de randonnées. Je tiens aussi à préciser que vous étiez informés que le chalet comporte 6 suites (chambre + salle de bain) et que les dortoirs ne sont pas prévus à destination d’adultes mais plutôt d’adolescents ou enfants.
 La table à manger est donc aussi en conséquence pour 12 personnes. Deux services. Aussi, quant à votre arrivée dans les lieux, il était indiqué et vous étiez au courant, que l’entrée ne se faisait qu’à partir de 16h. Or vos amis et vous êtes arrivés à 13h. Vous auriez pu nous prévenir plus tôt de cela. La conciergerie a d’autres obligations et ne peut pas s’adapter le jour même.
