Ideally located 15 minutes away from the famous city of Uzès and its well-known Provencal market, the Villa Benestar is classified 3 stars and welcomes you for your holidays.

The swimming pool of 6.5 m x 3 m is located next to a comfortable shaded dining area which includes a barbecue, pizza oven and a dining table to enjoy summer evenings.

Inside the house are 2 air conditioned bedrooms with large cupboard and beds of 160cm. A 3rd slightly smaller room accommodates a 140cm bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.

In the lounge (with AC) you will find the dining table, a confortable couch with a TV HD. The bathroom is equipped with a double washbasin and a walk-in shower. The WC are separated. The house is fully equipped with mosquito nets.

The property is secured with a gate, you will find plenty of space to park and a big private garden.

In the village you will find a bakery as well as a small grocery shop all a few hundred yards away.

The house is energy positive, equipped with solar panels to minimise its impact.

Perfect

Outfitted with everything you could need, this villa has been a dream. A nice porch, beautiful dining area and a divine pool. Also, lots of nice places to visit (Avignon, Nimes, Uzes) are only 30-60 minutes away by car. Reception by the concierge was warmly and very efficient.

Wat een geweldige plek om met het gezin vakantie te vieren! Het huis was ruim, comfortabel en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Onze kinderen hadden alle ruimte om te spelen, zowel binnen als buiten, en wij konden heerlijk ontspannen in de rustige, groene omgeving.De tuin en het terras waren echte pluspunten — ideaal voor lange ontbijtjes in de ochtendzon en gezellige diners in de avond. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, van een goed uitgeruste keuken tot fijne bedden en praktische voorzieningen voor gezinnen.De ligging is perfect: rustig en veilig, maar ook een prima uitvalsbasis om leuke uitstapjes te maken in de regio. We hebben genoten van de charmante dorpjes in de buurt, het mooie landschap en de lokale markten.De verhuurder was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We voelden ons echt welkom.Een heerlijk huis voor een ontspannen, zorgeloze gezinsvakantie in Zuid-Frankrijk. Wij zouden het zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken!

Rust en beleving

Aangenaam verblijf met alle nodige apparatuur in een zeer rustige omgeving. Weinig beleving in het dorp maar wel in de dorpen nabij en zeer zeker Uzes. We hebben er heel hard van genoten!

Séjour agréable mais certaines chose a revoir .

Maison agréable , calme et spacieuse avec un très grand terrain , la literie et le canapé sont très confortable la clim est vraiment appréciable dommage une des chambre ne la pas . Concernant le coin repas extérieure il est bien mais obliger de faire tout le tour de la maison a chaque fois pas d'accès direct. En revanche pour nous très gros point négatif la piscine n’était pas vraiment propre et aucun revêtement dans celle ci c'est du béton brut et cela n'est pas du tout précisé ! Concernant le four a pizza quand nous sommes arrive pas de bois pas de stock et aucun accessoire fournie pour l’utiliser ou alors non précisé lors de notre arrivé en tout cas nous n’avons rien trouvé . Séjour agréable

Bon séjour, maison situé idéalement pour visiter la région. Maison agréable et spacieuse avec un très grand terrain clos. Petit bémol sur la chambre enfant qui n'a pas de clim, le manque d'accès à la terrasse arrière (cuisine a l'opposé de la terrasse arrière pas d'accès direct, obligé de contourner toute la maison), le revêtement de la piscine qui n'est pas très agréable (béton?) Avec un manque de propreté de l'eau. Nous recommandons malgré tout la maison qui est satisfaisante.
