Très bonne distribution des pièces, jardin et piscine bien équipés pour les enfants et les jeunes ad

Excellent contact avec le propriétaire en amont et sur place.. Le grand jardin et la piscine favorisent le séjour sur place, et nombreux sites sont à visiter dans un périmètre proche. Les pièces sont très bien distribuées, et les chambres bien équipées; il reste que le type de construction est assez sonore.,Notre réticence concerne la location en sus d’un studio inhabitable car sans volet ni rideaux opaques.! Un équipement est en projet semble t il.

Occupation par 2 Grands-Parents + 3 Enfants en couple + 7 Enfants de 2 mois à 7 ans Villa (hors Studios) très spacieuse et très bien aménagée Salon / Salle à Manger principalement utilisés comme salle de jeux pour les Enfants Véranda très très agréable lorsque le temps est incertain Coin Repas extérieur sous Pergola spacieux et très agréable lorsque le temps s'y prête, Plancha parfaite Cuisine légèrement sous-dimensionnée mais très bien équipée, Buanderie parfaite 2 Réfrigérateurs + 1 Réfrigérateur+Congélateur parfaits 6 Chambres très spacieuses, confortables et agréables 2 (+1) Salles de Bains très bien équipées Jardin superbe, vaste et très bien entretenu Piscine parfaite pour jeunes Enfants avec Parents, abords très bien aménagés Pelouses + Boulodrome + Table ping-pong très appréciables Propriétaires habitant à proximité, très sympathiques et très réactifs en cas de souci 4 "bémols" aisément solubles : Chauffe-Eau électrique 200 litres sous-dimensionné, Ok si non assujetti aux heures creuses Vidange eaux usées SdB étage mal conçue sans ventilation Contrôle Eau Piscine un peu approximatif Manque Râtelier à Clés ...

Excellent séjour entre amis

Un point de chute idéal pour nos vacances entre amis! Très bon accueil d'Izabela et de son mari, qui ont su se rendre disponibles au cours du séjour en cas de besoin. Maison bien équipée, beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, petits et grands ont adoré!

Maison idéale pour visiter l’Ardeche

Izabela et son époux ont été absolument très accueillants et accommodants. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter les environs. Elle est très agréable à vivre : toute équipée et avec de nombreuses activités (pétanque, tennis de table, piscine, volley etc). Petit bémol : les voisins ne supportent pas le bruit...

Vacances au calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est grande et bien conçue pour plusieurs couples et / ou famille avec enfants, magnifique jardin . Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très réactifs en cas de besoin. Merci encore Florence
