Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds), bathroom with bathtub, WC. Radio-cassette CD. Shared tumble dryer. Courtyard 100 m² and lawn 1000 m². Large south-facing terrace. Indoor swimming pool heated to 28° maximum depth 1.40m common to 4 gîtes: 9.5m x 4.9m open all year. This spacious and bright gîte, in a group of 3 gîtes, has an independent entrance, 200 m from the owners' farm who can show you the sheep farm and the mini-farm with Chinese pigs, dwarf goats, a donkey and horses. 1.5 km from the town, 4 km from the beaches (pebble and sand) and 15 km from Trestel, fine sand beach. Come and relax away from all the hustle and bustle. Disconnect from the urban bustle with this cottage in the countryside and its covered and heated swimming pool all year round.
