This apartment consists of 5 bathrooms with shower, including 1 hairdryer. In the spacious common area you can find an open kitchen in relation to both the living room and the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with its respective utensils, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, crockery and cutlery, coffee maker, electric kettle, fryer, dishwasher and toaster.

The living and dining room provide a privileged view of the Gaia bank and the famous Luís I bridge from an incomparable comfort. Solving the most numerous groups, the living room unfolds to accommodate more elements on your sofa bed. Space provided with wi-fi and 1 plasma television, cable; and also an air-conditioning for convenience in all seasons.
In any need, you will have at your disposal washing machine and iron.

As for gastronomy, which is also a symbol of the city, you'll find several restaurants just a 1-minute walk away, in Ribeira, with a privileged view of the Luís I Bridge and Cais de Gaia.

In terms of transport, you'll find São Bento Train and Metro Station 7 minutes away, as well as buses. There is also a paid car park 2 minutes away from the flat.
