Great location as advertised directly at the beach with a wonderful ocean view. Parking garage is a big bonus. Clean and well furnished. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Zalig verblijf gehad. Zicht op zee en de duinen.Mooi ingericht appartement. 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers. Goed contact met de eigenaar. Je kon hem altijd sturen en gaf snel antwoord. Alleen als je met grote auto bent is de garage iets te klein. Maar hij kon er veilig blijven staan met poort open.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Très joli appartement, fonctionnel et bien équipé.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à Middelkerke et particulièrement dans cet appartement qui permet une vue splendide sur la plage et la mer. A part qu’il ne faut surtout pas ouvrir les fenêtres des chambres la nuit (beaucoup de bruit du traffic qui passe derrière l’appartement et qui vous réveille très tôt le matin…) tout est parfait pour passer un bon temps reposant à la côte belge. J’y retournerais avec plaisir. Propriétaire très réactif, aucun soucis. Je recommande.

Wohnung war okay

da wir das erste Mal an der Nordsee in Belgien waren, wurden wir über die hohen Lebenshaltungskosten überrascht. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Strand und auf der Rückseite die Bahnanbindung sind ideal. Auch dass es eine Garage gibt und daher keine hohen Parkplatzgebühren anfallen, spricht für die Wohnung, wir hätten uns allerdings gewünscht, dass es standardmässig WLAN in der Wohnung gibt. In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 100m) gibt es 2 Lokale, für die nächsten ist man schon 20-25 min unterwegs, ebenso für das Einkaufen. Zwei Tipps: die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Kapselmaschine, für die Betten große Laken und Überzüge mitbringen.

Schöne moderne Wohnung mit fantastischem Meerblick

Die Wohnung und die Umgebung war so wie vom Vermieter beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im vorraus war sehr gut und es ist alles reibungslos gelaufen. Ein Kritikpunkt war leider die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, da unseres Erachtens keine Endreinigung erfolgt ist. Der Vermieter wurde informiert und hat entsprechende Schritte eingeleitet. Trotz des Kritikpunktes würden wir die Wohnung immer wieder mieten.

Bonjour Monsieur, Merci pour ce bref séjour dans votre appartement à Middelkerke. Merci aussi pour votre mail nous indiquant le mode de parking à Middelkerke. Nous étions en fait déjà partis le 8 septembre car mon mari avait un rendez-vous à Knokke – mais vous ne pouviez pas le savoir ! L’appartement est bien équipé (plus que je l’imaginais !) et la possibilité du garage était très pratique (sans savoir les nouvelles dispositions de Middelkerke). Nous vous renverrons les clés demain (LUNDI !). Nous n’avons pas du tout employé la chambre « parentale » ni la petite salle de douche. Nous n’avons pas non plus employé les couettes ni les oreillers (nous avions amenés nos propres oreillers et fines couvertures). Nous n’avons pas non plus employé le lave-vaisselle, ni le grand frigo du salon, ni les radiateurs (car il faisait encore doux), ni les machines à café (totalement inconnues de nous). Tout ceci pour ne pas devoir nettoyer inutilement ces pièces ou objets. Bref, nous gardons un bon souvenir de cette semaine, bien que Middelkerke soit en « grands travaux » sur la digue au centre.
