Our home, Turtle Town, is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home on two levels. A spacious screened deck facing the pool, encourages you to enjoy the Ocean breeze off the Gulf of Mexico, dine outdoors, or just watch the sunrises and sunsets. A large kitchen encourages families to cook together, or if that is not on the menu for the evening, numerous wonderful restaurants are ten to twenty minutes away. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living area for easy entertainment –watch a movie with the family, play games, or enjoy the company while you cook. The king master bedroom with an ensuite bath is located off the living room, and has access to the screened deck. There is also a bunk room that sleeps 4 on the main level. Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms with king size bed & private bathroom. There is additional sleeping on a futon in the upper level loft. Nature has blessed this area and it is home to many birds, including a mated pair of Great Horned Owls, lynx, dolphins, fish, and other animals that appreciate this part of old Florida. This quiet neighborhood offers complete relaxation with easy access to the boardwalk that leads directly to the beach.

Home has high speed wireless internet, four flat screen televisions and DishTV, 2 new Refrigerators, and ample living room furniture, including a comfortable sleeper sofa . There is dishware enough to feed a large family, seating at the counter for 4, and the table easily holds eight or more.

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator with ice and water in the door, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and other small appliances. Dishware for 13 and plenty of pots and pans for preparing meals.
Entertainment: Wi-fi, DishTV, smart TVs in bedrooms and living room, and a private pool.

Outdoor: gas grill, screened porch off living room, and open porch with chairs on second floor. The first floor screened porch has an elevated table and chairs for great views of the gulf and pool while you have breakfast or dinner, work on a puzzle, or play a game. Under house parking for Three or Four cars, and room in driveway for boat. A very nice outdoor shower will allow you to rinse off the beach sand.
