Welcome to the Beach Hive. This spacious, newly renovated, Gulf side beach home is privately managed (personalized service from booking to checkout) and offers you the perfect proximity to the Gulf beach, pool, parks, restaurants, equipment rentals, Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe, and so much more to ensure your next Florida vacation will be one of ease and fond memories. No crossing busy highways or streets to get to the beach when you stay at the Beach Hive. Located on a quiet street, your stroll to the pristine and quiet beaches of Cape San Blas will be less than 5 minutes. For a retreat from the sun, the community pool offers restrooms and covered areas.
Inside this home, each of the 3 King bedrooms has its own private sitting area and beautifully renovated ensuite bathroom w/separate tub and shower. The linens are new, fluffy towels and high thread-count sheets, not in a linen pool. New Smart TVs have been added in the bedrooms. The large loft area offers its own deck with peekaboo ocean view, and a twin daybed with twin trundle, making it ideal for the kids to have their own retreat as well. The fully equipped kitchen has a large island that seats six and a prep sink that is ideal for cooking and entertaining. We provide for your stay (not just a starter pack): paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, 2 K-cups per day, coffee and filters, spices, Pam, oil, Ziploc bags, plastic wrap, and foil.
Beneath the home you'll discover a great space for grilling and relaxing after a long day on the beach. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand of the day, seating for 10, covered parking for 2 vehicles, and a storage area with 2 kayaks, life jackets, beach gear, yard games, and a gas grill. The large driveway can accommodate your boat and additional vehicles (no parking allowed on the street). All beautifully designed for a fantastic stay in the lovely community of Cape San Blas.

BeeHive Life

This house was so cozy and perfect for our group. We had 3 separate families so we really liked having our own bathrooms, king beds, and sitting rooms off of each bedroom. The house was super clean and had a lot of fun beach items we were able to use. The property manager was so nice and easy to communicate with. We will be looking at staying at this house again next year.

Family Vacation

This was a GREAT HOUSE! It was unfortunately so hot outside when we went (in August) that the air conditioners couldn’t keep up. No fault of the home owners, they have 2 units it was just THAT HOT! The walk to the beach is short which is nice but the wagon to pull your beach things doesn’t get through the soft sand very easily. The home is VERY clean and is very nicely furnished with PLENTY of room. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing and Peaceful!

Our stay at Beach Hive in Cape San Blas was WONDERFUL! The house was in perfect condition. It was clean upon arrival, well stocked and we had plenty of room. The walk to the beach (although looked a little far in the pictures) was easy- even with 5 kiddos. The beach wasn't crowded and the pool house was nice. The sand gnats at night were rough, but other than that our trip was 5 stars!
