Come experience The Contemporary Polynesian where furry friends stay FREE!! :) Bring that special someone and take in the artwork and owners personally hand-carved woodworkings while sipping on espresso from the coffee bar. Enjoy one of the worlds famous beaches and evenings at many nearby establishments. Super clean and non-smoking rental. Sleeps 3 = 1 King Bed + a 4" LUCID Brand Memory Foam Twin XL Rollaway (great reviews on Amazon regarding a comfortable sleep). The tiki patio is equipped with an outdoor shower to cool off and rinse away your sandy beach days. We also have 2 beach chairs a beach umbrella and a cooler.

Pet Information: Dogs under 25lbs allowed with some restrictions, 2 dogs max, sorry no cats. If over 25lbs please reach out, as some breeds we are open to considerations. Must be house broken, well behaved and non-aggressive breed. Guests coming with dog(s), a message with the breed and age is always appreciated. We also have 1 dog crate (with divider - if need), a dog gate, 2 dog bowls, dog patio bed and couch slip cover. There is also an enclosed outdoor dog run area on the property for them to roam off leash.

Charming Hawaiian style condo

This condo suited our needs perfectly. The huge bed was super comfortable. Everything you could want in the kitchen, especially if you are a coffee drinker. The whole vibe of the condo is very peaceful and chill. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing Spring Break Getaway

Lovely one bedroom apartment tucked into a quiet, unassuming complex. Apartment was beautifully themed, making it feel like a Polynesian getaway. Comfortably slept two adults and one teenager. We spent a lot of time enjoying the private patio as well as the community pool. Many amenities in the apartment including multiple streaming services and a well stocked coffee bar. Cooked several meals in the kitchen…they had all of the supplies we needed. Property was close to shopping and Siesta Key. Highly recommend.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. Fenced patio was great for our dog, but will be better when fence gate to yard is repaired. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Well equipped kitchen. Communication with owner was prompt and easy.

Sarasota visit

Polynesian property is exactly as described. Creatively decorated space that was warm and inviting. Very well appointed. Private outdoor fenced in patio extended the living area and was great for our 2 small dogs. . At first I was not thrilled with the location, being just off a 4 lane street, but then found it convenient to many areas including beaches.
