Listing is misleading

The property list as "Bayou Oaks" turned out to be a Sleep Inn. It was a small room in a 2 star hotel across from the airport. Tried to get housekeeping service on 4 different occasions during my 20 day stay. No luck. Was able to change my linens on demand though-front desk staff were always polite and helpful. And worst of all my average daily rate was more than other guests staying there for a day or two. Unfortunately when I booked my stay on short notice I was already in the "no cancelation" period.

pictures were decieving

pictures were deceiving rooms were cramped entire hotel was under construction including pool which a pool is why I chose it, owners were not helpful and could care less desk check in was rude and totally confused why I was even there

It’s a fraud.

It’s a fake booking. The property is Sleep In Owner chargers you more and pay the actual charge of the hotel.
