Hidden Gem in Pompano Beach w/ fireplace

Recently renovated, and only 10 Minutes away from the Beach. You could not have chosen a better location to spend your time! What's even better, most of what you need will be within walking distance!

Not only is the beach only 10 minutes away, the options of things to do are limitless! There are a number of supermarkets nearby, which includes Publix and Wholefood, as well as a few restaurants.

For entertainment, there are a few AMCs, Bowling alleys, casinos and bars just to name a few.

The space
Welcome to The Marlin House! This home includes Self Check in and Free parking for up to 6 cars.

The Marlin house has been designed for your stay whether it be for business or leisure. To help with your accomodations, you have access to wifi, a computer and smart TV. We are very excited for you to stay at our house and hope that you enjoy your time in Pompano Beach.

We have provided basic amenities including fresh towels, bathroom supplies, water and snacks. Feel free to snack on anything in our refrigerator and enjoy the refreshments.

We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor’s privacy and monitor noise levels during the night time. Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please smoke outside, making sure the doors are closed to avoid the fumes (smell) from entering the house, and dispose of your cigarettes afterwards. Please lock all doors, and turn off electrical sources such as stove, lights, AC, fans, iron, hair tools before you leave the house

Check-out time is 11 AM. The cleaning service often has a short time between guests to get the home ready for the next guest, so there will be a $50 fee for anyone who has not checked-out by that time. This home accommodates 4 guests with a maximum occupancy of 6. There is a $50 fee per day per extra person after 4. Trash must be taken to the local trash site before check-out (garbage bins are located to the side of the house). Due to the high fees our cleaning service charges if they have to remove the trash themselves, a fee of $50 per bag will be charged to anyone who does not remove their trash.

No pets are allowed
Additional guest will be subjected to extra charges
If your stay is longer than 1 week, the City trash collection days are listed on the trash bins (Located to the side of the house). Please replace the bins to their original location once trash is collected by the city. Excess trash left in the house after check out will be subject to fees
Please place dishes in dishwasher upon checkout
Do not remove any furniture from off the property
Prior to checkout, please make sure that items such as furniture, decor, remotes, etc… are back in the area you originally found them.
