Old Kordiler House

The house is located in the Aurina Valley paradise.
It's an exclusive location inside the Kordiler Hausl, recently refurbished.
It maintains the tyrolean charm of a historic building of the late 1700s.
The heart of the house is old 'Stube' with wooden walls and the big stove.

All the original materials have been kept, including the wooden roof, the original wooden floors and doors.

The apartment is the entire ground floor of the house and has two independent accesses

It consists of a sitting room with original stove, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds and a small room with double sofa bed.
On top there's the kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower and bath, for totally 82 square meters.

The ancient structure of the house has low ceilings and original doors are lower than normal.

Outside there is a garden.

In front of the house there is a bus stop, with buses for Brunico about every half hour.

We are in the beautiful Natural Park Rieserferner-Ahrntal, which is linked to the Hohe Tauern park in Austriai, making the largest protected area in Europe.

At a distance of 5 min and 15min. there are ski areas of Klausberg and Speikboden
