All three bathrooms were renovated in January 2022 to add walk in tiled showers and glass enclosures. With gorgeous views from almost every room, you'll be living in luxury during your stay at this spacious lakefront home. Top floor has two bedrooms and two baths with a number of living areas while the lower level is a separate entrance to a spacious one bedroom one bath apartment with second master, kitchen, living and eating area. Spend your days kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, boating around Lake Wylie that boarders North and South Carolina, or fishing up some dinner! For some city-based fun, Charlotte is just minutes up the road! After a day of adventure come back to unwind on one of the patios as you cozy up to the fire pit and watch the sunset.

This property was built in 1965, then added on over the years. We bought it with a vision and after a major renovation in 2019, and an additional remodel of all three bathrooms in January 2022, it is now a luxury lake retreat for those who stay there. This property is on more than an acre and sits on a point on Lake Wylie with incredible main channel views and sunsets. While this property is located less than 30 minutes from Charlotte center city, Charlotte International Airport and the National White Water Center, 10 minutes from the Charlotte Premium Outlets for shopping and Carowinds Amusement and Water Parks, It is also set in the middle of McDowell Nature Preserve where you will see plenty of deer and other wildlife playing in the woods. You will truly feel like you have escaped civilization.

Waterfront, protected cove, main channel views, incredible sunsets, and lots of seating inside or outside. Top floor has two bedrooms and two baths, while the bottom floor, accessed through a separate outside entry, has a second master, bathroom, second kitchen, living and eating areas.

We include free use of Kayaks (three) and paddle boards (two) during your stay. We also include life jackets and paddles for both. We have recently built a staircase to the beach.
