Very well kept property with all of the details and amenities to keep you relaxed and entertained. Great food within walking distance and a park. Great little getaway
The place had an awesome view. The only issue is that throughout our full stay, we had a bucket in the middle of the hallway collecting water from a leak in the unit above. We called them 1st day we were there and they came and didn't fix it because they couldn't locate it, then by the 2nd day it was non stop leaking... so they came and turned off the water for the 2nd bathroom and we couldn't use it. Even after they fixed it, there was still a bucket in the middle of the hallway with water in it left for some reason. Other than that, management was communicative and worked on fixing the issue.
Seasons at Sandpoint is a wonderful location with great amenities. This condo was warm and welcoming and so very comfortable for our entire family.
Thank you so much for making our time so good. We hope to come again!
Great place with a terrific view! Nice space for three couples, although one will be in a bunk (but thats fine for a few days). Access to restaurants and ski hill is simple and quick! Would stay here again.
We had a wonderful time at this location- the condo was exactly as listed- lots of kitchen supplies and little amenities that were great! Would highly recommend!

Lovely location, condo has everything you need, new carpet in master, Ice maker, garbage disposal, regular coffee maker and keurig, lots of room, beautiful view. Everything was wonderful. Hope to rent agai next year.
I planned a surprise get together for my wife and 4 of her closest girlfriends and this property was the perfect place for them to gather together for quality time. It was clean, spacious, relaxing and comfortable and also offered every amenity they needed. The only downside was that the hot tub was closed and there was some exterior work being done at the complex that took away a bit of the ambiance, but all in all, 5 stars for communication with the host and for the property being lovely and exactly what we hoped for! Would definitely go again.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Not family friendly
We were harassed by management multiple times on the first day we were there before we even knew the rules. Visiting kids (not staying with us) were yelled at for fishing. Generally felt unwelcome.
Owner contacted us directly and made us feel bad about accommodations we needed for our disabled daughter. They are now claiming we damaged property when we did not.
Do not recommend.
The condo itself was very nice and was perfect for the four of us all 65 - 86 years old, as it was just down a couple of units and we did not have to use the elevator.......HOWEVER......even though the weather was nice, the children in the unit above us ran races inside their unit much of the day. I went up and politely asked if they could not run as we had someone who wasn't feeling well and was trying to nap. I would guess the oldest child was 10 - 12 and was probably "watching" the little ones, as no adults came to the door. They did eventually quiet down a bit, but by the next day it was the same thing. Two of our group had driven over to Montana for a day outing and my husband and I gave up and came back home to Spokane early.
The condo itself was fine, though I cleaned the deck so we could enjoy it, but GET A TOP FLOOR UNIT to avoid the frustration of no one taking care of their kids!
Very clean and well organized condo! Our host was so helpful with numerous questions we has before our trip. The view was so beautiful! The kids loved the pool. A quick walk to the public beach or downtown Sandpoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We had another great stay at The Seasons at Sandpoint. The unit we rented was clean and we’d stay again. We spent most of our time at the pool and the kids loved it. Looking forward to our next visit.
The place is bigger than the pictures make it seem. We fit a pack n play (had to bring) into the master bathroom for our toddler, boys in the bunk room which is right when you walk in, and daughter in the other bedroom. Kids enjoyed playing at the beach and swimming in the pool (heated year round). It’s a very pretty area and with about a ten minute walk you can get to restaurants in the downtown.
Loved everything about this lovely waterfront condo. Beautifully furnished, comfy and well appointed. Everything we needed for a memorable family time!
Hands down the best experience and rental property in our 8 years visiting Sandpoint. This unit was impeccably clean (exceeded my wife's high standards:) and in the perfect location. Within walking distance to downtown, City Beach, and walking paths/trails. This unit was extremely well-stocked with nearly every essential kitchen utensil and piece of cookware you would need. We were pleased to see a Keurig and many spices, condiments and cleaning supplies. The well stocked pantry easily saved us a hundred dollars in those random supplies that are essential but often forgotten, like coffee filters, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, beach towels, etc...too many to name. Pride of ownership was evident in every detail. There was a mix of full time residents and short term renters...all very friendly and pleasant in our encounters. Amazing views also...20 feet from the lake. Although we didn't use them much, the private pool and private beach were great perks. For those worried about train noise...you cannot even hear them despite their constant presence. I could not hear them from the back patio, nor from inside the unit...soundproofing was well done! We plan to stay here again during our future visits...again best place all-around that we've stayed in almost a decade of vacationing in the area.
